Sunday, November 27th

The final episode in the 2011 Fall Season of the award-winning series Radiolab airs on KSJD on Sunday at 9am. In this hour of Radiolab: some basic questions and profound thoughts about reproduction. To begin, why so many sperm? They turn to the animal kingdom for answers, ponder fatherhood, and wonder...in a world where sperm can be frozen and kept for all eternity...what does the future hold for men?

The Lower Dolores River is a treasured resource for boaters in our area, but management of this important waterway continues to be debated among recreational users, conservationists, and farmers. Join us for the Monday morning Zine at 8:30 for a discussion of where recreational boaters stand on this issue and how the public can get involved in the conversation.

Wednesday, November 31st

The Four Corners 9/12 Group is a local political organization that shares many of the views of the Tea Party. Tune in to the Wednesday morning Zine at 8:30 for another edition of Talking Heads, where Jeff and Gail analyze local headlines and talk with the local 9/12 Group spokesman about their stance on a variety of topics.

Thursday, December 1st

The newly constructed Axis Health System clinic is poised to open soon in Cortez. Join us for the Thursday morning Zine at 8:30 as we talk with Axis staff about what health care services will be offered at the new facility and how it will provide alternative options for treatment.
