Housing Solutions for the Southwest has been awarded a $140,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The funds are for the Southwest Colorado Rapid Rehousing Program, which provides housing support to individuals and families facing homelessness. The program seeks to rapidly connect people to stable housing through rental assistance, counseling and support services. Housing Solutions serves five counties: Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan.
