Corrine Bailey Rae-The Sea
-The Sea follows Bailey Rae's debut album, which has sold four million copies worldwide. Her voice, always an expressive and soulful instrument, resonates with a poignant and newfound depth on The Sea. Loss and grief are recurring themes yet a sense of beauty ultimately radiates from the album's dark corners.

Blakroc-Blacroc
-The brainchild of The Black Keys and Damon Dash, BlakRoc is a hip hop/ rock collaboration between some of the biggest names in hip hop today. Produced by and featuring The Black Keys, BlakRoc also hosts a star-studded line up including Mos Def, Ludacris, Pharoahe Monch, Jim Jones, and Billy Danze. KSJD is a source for great new music, Keep your ears on our dial for these fresh new sounds!

for $75 you can get the Live Double Disc by Tom Waits - Glitter and Doom

-Tom Waits' albums are rare and his tours rarer still. In 2008, he toured a small selection of cities across the southern United States. Now comes the document of those concerts, 17 performances hand- picked by Waits from along the tour. The album includes a haunting Trampled Rose and also digs into the vaults for tracks like a re-imagined Singapore from 1985's Rain Dogs. This 2 CD set also includes Tom's Tales, some of his best yarns from the 2008 tour. If you haven't had the opportunity to experience a Waits Tour, this will get you closer than ever before.

Business Support

At KSJD we appreciate the support of the business community. Public Radio is a the fastest growing radio audience in America. Whether you are a business, a non-profit, a goverment agency or an individual, KSJD offers an easy way to reach thousands of radio listeners in our community. We offer two programs for business support:

Underwrite
Businesses and individuals underwrite KSJD programming in return for on-air announcements crediting their support. Businesses and individuals can also sponsor KSJD fundraising events or public affairs programming.

Contribute
This includes in-kind contributions and anonymous contributions. For example, scholarships for non-profit and charity organizations that may not have the funding for underwriting themselves. In addition, businesses can offer contributions to on-air membership drives such as weekend get-away packages, tickets to events, or even supply food for volunteers during the drives. Businesses can also contribute time as a guest during on-air membership drives.
