The Dolores Public Library will host a meet up for middle schoolers every Wednesday at 4p.
Post-traumatic stress disorder therapy for veterans will be offered on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00pm at the Disabled American Veterans Outreach Center located at 432 North Broadway in Cortez.
Gentle Yoga will occur every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30p at the Dolores Public Library. Classes are open to all levels. Registration is required due to space being limited. Call the Library to register at 970-882-4127.
The Dolores River Brewery will host weekly trivia nights on Wednesdays starting at 6pm. Food from Kelly's Kitchen is available for purchase, and teams can have up to 6 players.
For the 2nd year, Ute Mountain Roundup PRCA Rodeo wants to highlight a local artist on their event poster and that artist could be YOU! ZU (zoo) Gallery is partnering with the Ute Mountain Roundup PRCA Rodeo (UMR) to show off local artists with an ART CONTEST. Winning art will receive compensation. Deadline is April 17th. Duncan Rose from the Dolores River Anglers Trout Unlimited lead a presentation called "Runoff Rundown" at the Dolores Public Library on Thursday, April 18th at 6pm. He'll be discussing the Future of the Upper Dolores: Science, Trendlines, and Adaptive Actions.
The Cult Movie Federation of Mancos will host their next Cult Movie Night at the Mancos Opera House on Thursday, April 18th. Doors will open at 6pm, with a 2004 Wes Anderson Movie starring Bill Murray, starting at 7. Tickets can be purchased by cash or check at the Mancos Library, or at the door. The film is rated R.
