Access to wilderness and public lands is an important part of our experience living in the American Southwest. KSJD's Tom Yoder talks with Andrew Gulliford, Professor of History and Environmental Studies at Fort Lewis College, about the history of our relationship to wilderness, the on-going controversy over access to protected public lands, and why spending time in the outdoors is more important than ever.
