Poverty in rural areas is an issue that government agencies are addressing by offering help to farmers, ranchers, and other landowners. KSJD's Tom Yoder talks with Joel Lee and Sterling Moss from the Natural Resources Conservation Service about technical and financial assistance programs available to assist landowners with conservation projects, and how the San Juan Resource Conservation and Development Council is working to reach those who may benefit from these programs.
