Rico Town Manager Fired on 5-0 Vote

Rico Town Manager Mike England has been terminated, effective immediately.

Town trustee Barbara Betts says the town board voted 5 to 0 Tuesday night to let England go. The discussion occurred in executive session and Betts says she is not at liberty to reveal the reason for the decision.
