Wildlife officials are reminding the public to be aware of bear activity as spring begins.A releasefrom Colorado Parks and Wildlife says the animals are emerging from hibernation and will be looking for food. People are reminded to secure their garbage cans and to get rid of other possible food sources near their homes.
