A new mural is going up in Cortez. It’s on a wall overlooking Montezuma Park and is part of a campaign to raise awareness about child abuse in the community. Specifically, the goal behind the mural to remind the community of the importance of protecting and supporting children. But it’s also meant let people know that child abuse prevention is everyone’s business.
