A partial closure of Mancos State Park at Jackson Lake is being implemented in response to severe fire danger across the region.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife announced Wednesday that all the park’s trails will be closed, along with several campsites, the west road, and most of the reservoir’s shoreline. The entire San Juan National Forest remains closed as well along with the Fish Creek State Wildlife Area in Montezuma County.
