KSJD News is airing a series of interviews with the candidates running to replace Lauren Boebert for Colorado’s Third Congressional District. Today, we have an interview with candidate doctor Debbie Burnett.

Burnett lives in Gunnison, owns a veterinary care business, and has been a physical therapist at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Wyoming. She and her husband have a 15 year old daughter who is homeschooled. Burnett says she’s been doing twenty plus hours per week making calls and meeting voters since last year.

For Rocky Mountain Community Radio, KVNF’s Gavin Dahl sat down with Burnett to talk about her run for Congress.
