Telluride Film Festival Review, Part 2

Erik Quiroz
"Bones and All" director Luca Guadagnino

The 49th annual Telluride Film Festival was a wonderful weekend of cutting edge movies, where filmmakers gathered to honor the art of cinema and introduce the world to what quite possibly will be the Oscar contenders for the next Academy Awards.

KSJD's Erik Quiroz was there, and produced this second of a two-part review of some of the stand-out films from the Festival.

Originally from Southern California, Erik attended the University of California Santa Barbara and then received a master's degree at Arizona State University in Justice Studies. Erik is a long-time public radio listener and is passionate about bringing news and music to the Four Corners Region. He was introduced to KSJD when he walked by the studio on Main street and noticed the live broadcast through the window and thought “This looks like a neat place to work.” The rest is history.
