Rod Sullivan

Rod grew up in the Hoosier State, Indiana, and went to college at Indiana University completing a BS in Biology and attended grad school at Ball State University where he received a masters degree in Landscape Architecture. He joined the Peace Corps for 3 years in Ecuador, implementing Urban Forest Projects in Quito, and spent the next 7 years living overseas in Turkmenistan and Honduras. Rod then moved to Miami where he worked for 5 years as Director of Operations at Barry University, a small Catholic University. In 2007 Rod and his then husband started a commercial furniture dealership, Creative Office Solutions & More covering Miami, the Bahamas, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and British Virgin Islands, as well as other Caribbean islands. He moved to Colorado in 2021 mid-pandemic, and currently lives in Cortez where he is remodeling his house and enjoying biking, hiking, and the great variety of micro breweries it offers.
