Recreational marijuana is now legal in Colorado, but law enforcement agencies are wrestling with just what is and isn't legal under new cannabis laws. KSJD's Jeff Pope talks with Montezuma County Sheriff Dennis Spruell about how his agency is handling marijuana use and possession, and why the legal situation around marijuana in Colorado remains unclear.
