On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th, For Pets' Sake will be holding their 22nd Annual Turkey Trot.

This event will benefit For Pets' Sake Humane Society so that they can continue the programs they support in Montezuma and Dolores counties.

The event is a 1 mile Fun Walk/Run for pets and their best friends to be held at Parque de Vida. Registration begins at 9:30 am and the entry fee includes a cool t-shirt. The event starts at 10:00 am, with prizes awarded for the best costume, first and last to cross the finish line, and the best pet trick.
