Four Corners Food Not Bombs is a mutual aid group where neighbors help neighbors, and everyone is welcome. They meet Sundays from noon to 1:30 at the Good Sam’s Warehouse in Cortez for a hot, homemade vegan and vegetarian potluck, plus an exchange of books and clothes. Come give what you can, and take what you need.

The Montezuma Orchard Restoration Project will host their annual Orchard Social on Saturday, October 10, from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the Orchard Hub, located at 13729 Road 29 in Dolores.

This community celebration features heritage apple trees, food, cider, and live music with State 38. Directions and further details are available at montezumaorchard.org.

The Art Market and Silent Auction annual fundraiser for Grace's Kitchen will be held at St. Barnabus of the Valley Episcopal Church at 110 West North Street in Cortez on Saturday, October 10th from 4:00 to 6:00pm and on Sunday, October 11th from 11:30am to 2:00pm.

HomesFund will host an information session for prospective home owners at Cortez Public Library on Friday, October 16th from 5:30pm.

Attendees can learn about construction projects, down payment assistance and more.

The Be Frank Foundation and Stillwater Music will host the annual Frank N Stein Southwest Colorado Bach and Rocktober Fest on Saturday, October 17th from 12:00pm at Eagle Park in Bayfield.

This fundraiser event will feature twenty four youth bands and orchestras, two stages, and fun activities for all ages.

Cortez Tours in association with Squirrel Congress will host ghost tours on Thursday, October 22nd and Friday, October 23rd in Downtown Cortez.

Proceeds from the tours will be donated to Montezuma Heritage Museum.

The Mancos Cowboy Half Marathon, 5K and Kids' Fun Run will take place on Saturday, October 24th from 8:00am at Mancos Library.

The event will be supporting and raising funds for the Mancos Public Library.
