Cortez Integrated Healthcare hosts a peer-led addiction recovery support group every Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Participants will learn practical recovery tools in a supportive, non-12-step environment.
The Sexual Assault Services Organization will hold healing trauma groups in Cortez on Tuesdays from 5:30pm until 7:30pm for survivors who identify as women or non binary.

Mesa Verde Lavender Farm in Mancos will host a peaceful day of tea, breathwork, and connection with nature on Sunday, August 30th at 10:00am.
Hosted by certified facilitator, Heather Leavitt Martinez, participants will spend time slowing down and connecting with their bodies, . No previous experience is needed, and advance registration is required.
Every Sunday afternoon starting at 2:30pm, The Odd Cat Bookstore in Dolores will host a writing group.
This casual event will typically feature a writing prompt followed by twenty minutes of writing and then a sharing session. Some afternoons will feature a local writer.
