The Sunflower Theatre is offering a four week Improv class on Monday evenings beginning January 5th.
This class is perfect for anyone who’s brand-new to improv or returning to refresh their skills in a supportive, joy-filled environment.
Across four Monday evenings, participants will explore the core principles of improvisation through games, scene work, and collaborative play.

The Sunflower Theatre is offering a four week Standup Comedy Workshop beginning Tuesday, January 6th.
This workshop is designed to help you turn curiosity into confidence and get you ready for your very first 5-minute comedy set.
In a supportive, low-pressure environment, you’ll learn the fundamentals of joke writing, comedic timing, structuring a set, and building a stage presence that feels authentic to you.
Dolores Public Library will be hosting a six week course of ukulele lessons with Bill Inverso beginning Monday, January 5th at 5:00pm for beginners, with intermediate lessons at 6:00pm.
Guitar lessons will begin from Tuesday, January 6th with with beginners at 5:00pm and an intermediate class at 6:00pm.

Stretch and Strength is an exercise class for people with Parkinson's Disease and their care givers. It is held weekly on a Tuesday at 11 am at The Heart and Core Yoga Studio at 720 East Main Street, Cortez.More information is online at parkinsonrockies.org/exercise.

Zu Gallery, Cortez will host a Hands-On Songwriting Workshop on Wednesday, January 7th at 6:00pm.
Hosted by Dan Chiras and Tom Scott, attendees will learn techniques for writing engaging lyrics, catchy melodies, verses, choruses, bridges, and more.
The Sunflower Theatre is offering a four-week songwriting class starting Wednesday, January 7th.
The workshop is for songwriters who already have some experience and want to strengthen their craft.
Classes will focus on writing exercises, feedback, and developing new approaches to songwriting.

The Pinon Project will host a 12 week course called the "Incredible Years Parenting Program" each Tuesday starting at 5:30pm at The Treehouse Early Learning Center in North Elm Street.
