ZU Gallery in Cortez will host an acoustic open mic night on the first Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Yves Giraud will facilitate the open mic and provide all the necessary equipment.All musicians and performers, regardless of experience level, are welcome to come and share their talent. Four Corners Food Not Bombs will meet at the pink warehouse at 30 N. Beech Street in Cortez on Sundays from noon to 2pm. Everyone is invited to bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Other supplies for living will be on hand for distribution as well. Donations of gently used clothing and camping supplies are needed - they can be dropped off during this time.

The Disabled American Veterans Outreach Center offers rides for Veterans to medical appointments and is looking for volunteer drivers to join the team. Vehicles and gas are provided for these trips.

Montezuma Cortez High School's Drama Impulsive Improvisors will be having their final improv comedy show of the year on Monday, May 5th at 7:00pm in the auditorium. Admission is free and food will be provided for audience members.
