As part of the CO150 Film Festival, celebrating Colorado's film connection, The Sunflower Theatre will screen "About Schmidt" on Thursday, August 27th at 7:00pm.

Starring Jack Nicholson in one of the most celebrated performances of his career, the film tells of freshly retired and suddenly unsure of what comes next, Warren Schmidt who embarks on an unexpected road trip that leads him from Omaha to Denver for his daughter’s wedding.

The Sunflower Theatre will host Comedian, Merit Khan for "Optimistic Personality Disorder: A One-Woman Inspiring Comedy Show" on Saturday, August 29th at 7:00pm.

Optimistic Personality Disorder is a hilariously healing one-woman comedy show that blends live comedy, theatrical storytelling, and real-life wisdom.

The Sunflower Theatre will screen the documentary, "Wild Inside" on Friday, September 12th at 7:00pm.

"Wild Inside" tells the true story of Flaco, the Eurasian Eagle-Owl who escaped from New York City’s Central Park Zoo and captured the hearts of millions.
