Hospice of Montezuma will host an Advanced Directives Seminar on Saturday, October 24th from 8:30am.
In short, advance directives are the foundation of how you communicate your wishes when you can no longer speak for yourself. Your friends, family, and medical providers can respect your decisions for medical care when they have been clearly outlined in appropriate documents.
