Taylor Mesa Road Closed By Landslides

San Juan National Forest

Taylor Mesa Road in the San Juan National Forest northeast of Dolores is closed by landslides approximately 3.5 miles from its intersection with Highway 145. Forest officials said in a release that the route is expected to be closed until at least June 2nd.  Wet weather and failing drainage structures have reportedly caused multiple problems on the road.
