Winter weather is lingering in Utah’s red rock country. But one definite sign of spring is popping up in tourist-oriented Moab: the deep greens of Colorado license plates.
Coloradans are typically the bellwether of the busy season, signaling oncoming droves of tourists from around the world. As Moab braces for these spring visitors, so does another community just 60 miles northeast.
