The new Montezuma County Combined Courthouse project is on schedule but a few tweaks may be made to the layout. Owner’s representative Monty Guiles told the commissioners Monday the vehicle access from Driscoll Street may need to be moved. Sheriff Steve Nowlin has raised safety concerns about what Guiles called the current “unimpeded approach” to the entrance.
