Wednesday marks the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year in Mancos. KSJD's Austin Cope sat down with Mancos School District superintendent Brian Hanson in his office on Tuesday afternoon.
It was the end of the day, and the district office halls were quiet before the start of school. They first talked about a discussion on campus security that had happened at Mancos School Board meeting on Monday night, then moved on to discuss the upcoming year.
