Colorado and Utah are among the country’s leanest and fittest states.

That’s according to the personal-finance website WalletHub. The site, which ranked all 50 states and the District of Columbia, says Colorado has the lowest percentage of obese adults of any state, just over 21 percent. Utah has the lowest percent of overweight children, while Colorado is third-lowest in that category. The two states also have low percentages of physical inactivity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. In the overall rankings for obesity and unhealthy habits, Colorado and Utah were judged the two best states, with rankings of 50 and 51 respectively.
