Farmington Voters Approve $26 Million for Schools

Voters in the Farmington Municipal School District in Farmington, New Mexico, approved a $26 million bond measure Tuesday.

The Daily-Times reports the vote was overwhelmingly in favor of the bond, with some 85 percent supporting it. The Daily-Times says the bond will pay for repairs at numerous schools as well as a major renovation of one elementary school, McCormick.
