Two public hearings on voting districts in San Juan County, Utah, have been scheduled for Thursday, November 16th. The San Juan Record reports one hearing will be in Monticello from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the second will follow in Bluff from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Voting districts for both the county commission and the school board have prompted lawsuits by the Navajo Nation and an outside expert has been appointed to redraw the lines.
