Rollover Accident Shuts Down Highway North of Durango Late Thursday Night

U.S. Highway 550 was closed Friday morning at the bottom of Coal Bank Pass north of Durango following a rollover accident. The Durango Herald reports the crash occurred late Thursday night and left an SUV abandoned in the middle of the road. No injuries were reported, but authorities closed the highway for about half an hour in order to clear the highway.
