Wildlife biologists are proposing winter closures of some terrain in and around Grand Teton National Park. The hope is that the move would help protect the locally-endangered and isolated bighorn sheep herd in the range. But, as Will Walkey from KHOL in Jackson, Wyoming, reports, the recommendations are drawing backlash from some backcountry skiers, and stakeholders from around the region are searching for ways to compromise.
