Big Agriculture is getting bigger, consolidating more farmland into crops like corn and soy. But smaller farms are also on the rise, mostly supporting food production for local populations as part of the farm-to-table movement. In the episode of the Big Fat Farm Show, KSJD's Tom Yoder convenes Sarah Syverson, regular Big Fat Farm Show host and Montezuma School To Farm Project Director, with Bob Bragg, co-host of Ag Markets & More on KSJD and long-time farmer and agriculture educator, to discuss allegations that the farm-to-table movement has not made a significant impact on agriculture in America, and why a more educated public will be crucial to advance the "food revolution".
