The Dolores Public Library will host "Understanding Trauma 101: What is a Trauma Informed Community?" a lecture by licensed professional counselor Renee Podunovich on Thursday, September 30th, at 6:00pm. Podunovich will discuss PTSD and other stress-related issues, recognizing common signs and symptoms, and strategies for everyday stress management.
