Southwest Open High School On Freedom and Independence In Montezuma County

In January of 2015, students at Southwest Open High School in Cortez went into the communities of Montezuma County to look deeply at the ideas of freedom and independence. The following stories were produced by these students, and contain the voices of our community as they speak about the realities of these ideals, including the implications of success and failure in our society, how Southwest Open High School itself embodies freedom and independence, and more.
