Mancos Conservation District will host a workshop called "Water Rights 101" on Thursday, November 19th at 11:30am.
Representatives from the Colorado Division of Water Resources and Jackson Gulch Reservoir will share their expertise and answer questions during a Q&A session. Lunch is provided.
