The First United Methodist Church will host sessions for caregivers every third Tuesday of the month at 4.00pm. These meetings are intended to provide support from other caregivers that are also on the journey of caring for a loved one.

Cortez Integrated Healthcare hosts a peer-led addiction recovery support group every Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Participants will learn practical recovery tools in a supportive, non-12-step environment.

Every Sunday afternoon from 3:00pm, The Odd Cat Bookstore in Dolores will host a writing group.

This casual event will typically feature a writing prompt followed by twenty minutes of writing and then a sharing session. Some afternoons will feature a local writer.

The Wildbelly Fermentation Fest will take place on November 7th & 8th in Mancos.

Bringing together expert teachers in various fermentation methods and food types, they will teach attendees on subjects ranging from miso and sourdough bread to kimchi and dairy ferments.
