Voters in the Mancos School District will find a question about school funding when their 2017 ballots arrive in the mail later this month. Bond Measure 3A would provide funding for construction projects on the entirety of Mancos Schools’ campus. To talk more about this issue, KSJD's Austin Cope spoke with Anne Benson and Betsy Harrison.
