On Friday, May 22nd at 10:00am, Cortez Public Library will host a basic stamp class. This special craft class will include all supplies.

On Saturday, May 23rd at 12:30pm, Cortez Makerspace will host a workshop about 3D animation.

This intro class will feature the use of Blender and no previous experience is required. Attendees are asked to bring their own laptop.

On Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00pm, Cortez Makerspace will host a Mountain Bike Maintenance Workshop at their shop at 209 W. Main Street in Cortez.

Attendees can bring their own bike and learn the essentials. Tools will be provided.

Every Sunday afternoon starting at 3:00pm, The Odd Cat Bookstore in Dolores will host a writing group.

This casual event will typically feature a writing prompt followed by twenty minutes of writing and then a sharing session. Some afternoons will feature a local writer.

Cortez Integrated Healthcare hosts a peer-led addiction recovery support group every Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Participants will learn practical recovery tools in a supportive, non-12-step environment.

Mancos Common Press are offering hands-on printmaking classes from April through June.

Classes will vary from screen printing and etching to experimental and beginner-friendly workshops,

On Friday, May 29th at 1:00pm, Cortez Public Library is hosting a fun science lab for kids to learn about our local wildlife by dissecting owl pellets and discovering the fascinating diets of owls.
