Montezuma County Colorado Master Gardeners will be available to answer your yard and garden questions at their office in Cortez on Tuesdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Stretch and Strength is an exercise class is for people with Parkinson's Disease and their care givers. It is held weekly on a Tuesday at 11 am at The Heart and Core Yoga Studio at 720 East Main Street, Cortez.

Good Sam’s Food Pantry in Cortez is open for visitors on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12 to 2 p.m. and again from 3 to 6 p.m., and on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 to 2 p.m. only. The pantry is located in the big pink warehouse at 30 North Beech Street. Staff are usually on-site Monday through Friday for donations or office needs, but may be busy—so knock loud or call ahead.

The Pinon Project will host The Incredible Years Advanced Parenting Class every Tuesday from 1:00 - 3:00pm.
This class is for parents and caregivers of children aged from 2 to 10 years. Participants will learn interpersonal skills, anger management and problem solving.

Cortez Integrated Healthcare hosts a peer-led addiction recovery support group every Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Participants will learn practical recovery tools in a supportive, non-12-step environment.

Dolores Public Library will hold Spanish Conversation Hour on Tuesday, August 26th at 5:00pm.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Cortez Public Library will host a Micro Memoir Workshop hosted by Charlie Buck from the University of Arizona Poetry Center on Tuesday, August 26th from 5:00 to 6:00pm in the conference room.

Charlie has had her work published in The New Yorker and Story Magazine.

Zu Gallery will host the Click Clique (click) Photography Club on the last Tuesday of every month at 6pm. From novice to pro, everyone is welcome.
