Jim Duke, will talk about his new book, Dances with Donkeys, the Memoir of a Half-Assed Cowboy at the Mancos Public Library from 6:30 to 8pm on Saturday, May 25th.

May 26 Sunday
The Montezuma Rising Music Festival will take place on Sunday, May 26th at Fenceline Cider in Mancos. The event will feature live music, and will spotlight local non-profits in Montezuma County and beyond. All profits will go benefiting the Mancos Grange. Tickets and more information can be found online on the Visit tab at fenceline.co.
Four Corners Food Not Bombs will meet at the large, covered picnic tables in Veterans Park in Cortez on Sundays from noon to 2pm. Everyone is invited to bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Other supplies for living will be on hand for distribution as well. Donations of gently used clothing and camping supplies are needed - they can be dropped off during this time.
Fenceline will host an Open Mic Night on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 4 to 7pm hosted by local musician Yves Giraud (Eev Zhee-ROH).
Fenceline Cider will host Sip, Swig, Splatter & Paint on the second and last Sunday of each month at 5pm. It's an opportunity to collaborate on new pieces, as well as work on existing pieces.

Master Gardeners and Montezuma County Extension Staff will be available to answer gardening questions and assess problems by looking at samples during their help desk hours on Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm by appointment.Schedule an appointment at calendly.com/mastergardeners.
Turquoise Raven Art Gallery will have an exhibit of Blue Birds starting through May 30th. Expect many mediums depicting Blue Birds, including Paintings, Textile Art, Collage, Pastels and more from regional artists.
Qi (chi) Gong with Andy Parks will take pace at the Dolores Public Library at 10:15am on Tuesdays in May. No registration is necessary.
