Cortez Farmers Market will occur at their new location on the corner of Empire and Mildred streets, every Saturday until October 25th. Local produce, crafts, food, and music will be available weekly from 8.30am.
The Pinon Project will host their Annual Pumpkin Fest event on Saturday, October 25th from 8:00am to 3:00pm in Montezuma Park, Cortez.
This event will feature a fun run, a cake walk, a costume competition, and a carnival, as well as a trick-or-treat loop around central Cortez.

Four Corners Food Not Bombs will provide an opportunity for mutual aid at the pink warehouse at 30 N. Beech Street in Cortez on Sundays from noon to 1:30pm. Everyone is invited, but not required, to bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Needed items include tents, sleeping bags, hygiene supplies, and socks.
The Young Farmers of Southwest Colorado are hosting their first End of Season Celebration on Sunday, October 26th from 2 to 6pm. The event will include a potluck, yoga, tapestry making, yard games, live music by Lala Bones, and more.

The Disabled American Veterans Outreach Center offers rides for Veterans to medical appointments and is looking for volunteer drivers to join the team. Vehicles and gas are provided for these trips.
