The Mancos Conservation District is hosting a Roundtable Discussion about the Mancos Watershed and why it’s important on Tuesday, May 21st, starting at 4pm at the Towaoc Community Center. Thoughts and ideas shared at the meeting will shape the Mancos Watershed Stream Management Plan. Food and drinks will be provided.
Cortez Integrated Healthcare will host a peer-led addiction recovery support group on Tuesdays at 5pm. Participants will learn tools for recovery. This is not a 12-step program
Children's Kiva Charter School is hosting a community cookout on Tuesday, May 21st from 5 to 7PM to raise money for a new community playground. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be available for purchase, served with a variety of sides. There will also be games, snow cones, and popcorn.
The Dolores Bike Hostel will host a weekly running club on Tuesday evenings. Runners can choose to run 10 kilometers, starting at 5:30pm, or 5 kilometers, starting at 6pm. All ages and abilities are welcome. Runs will be followed by a group stretch.
