The League of Women Voters, Mancos Public Library, Cortez Library, and Dolores Library have collaborated with three professors from Fort Lewis College for a presentation on Mis- and Disinformation on Thursday, May 23rd from 5:30 to 7pm at the Sunflower Theatre.

Local fire protection districts, the Colorado Forest Service, and other non-profits will present a "Fire Preparedness Bootcamp for Landowners". This event will take place outdoors from 12:30 to 4:00 pm on Saturday, 18th at 12200 Road 41.9 in Mancos. The San Juan Coffee Company will host a family-friendly karaoke, lip-sync, and boba (bo-buh) party every other Saturday through June 29th. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

The Four Corners Food Coalition will hold a Winter Farmers and Artisans Market from 11am to 2pm on the third Sunday of the month through April at The Warehouse at 30 N. Beech in Cortez.
Four Corners Food Not Bombs will meet at the large, covered picnic tables in Veterans Park in Cortez on Sundays from noon to 2pm. Everyone is invited to bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Other supplies for living will be on hand for distribution as well. Donations of gently used clothing and camping supplies are needed - they can be dropped off during this time.
Fenceline will host an Open Mic Night on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 4 to 7pm hosted by local musician Yves Giraud (Eev Zhee-ROH).
